In December 2013, the expert council of the  Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects (ASI)  approved the business project “Development of the production of domestic telecommunications equipment” initiated by the company. This project provides for the creation of production of Russian industrial Ethernet switches for use in highly reliable networks of energy infrastructure (generation, transportation, distribution), fault-tolerant networks for critical facilities and industries, as well as part of network video surveillance systems, access control, production automation systems. In the development of this topic in April 2014, the  ASI Supervisory Board chaired by the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin approved a larger-scale project of a systemic nature  "Development of the production of telecommunications equipment by medium-sized companies" , the implementation of which should make significant changes in the structure of the Russian telecommunications equipment market. 

The enterprise successfully cooperates with the Ufa State Aviation Technical University (USATU) in the field of designing telecommunications equipment and improving professional training programs for engineering personnel.
