Our core business is based on Additive Manufacturing and Rapid Tooling technologies and their applications, starting from 3D Printing, Prototyping level to low volume end user parts, including the necessary design changes and Reverse Engineering.
We have different Additive Manufacturing technologies to cover the requirements of each customer, each project.
FDM: Stratasys 400 MC, 450 MC and 900 MC Machines. 10 machines in total. All materials are unlocked on the systems.
Polyjet: Stratasys Connex 500 & J750. We have most of the Vero and Tango family materials, Agilus etc, and any colored parts can be printed.
SLS: EOS P390 Machine
Vacuum Casting & RIM: We can cast ABS-like, PP-like, transparent, Flexible materials in VC. We use PU from SLM Solutions, Alchemie, Smooth-On, Huntsman and Axon.
Soft Tooling: Injection molding for short series. We can manufacture both steel and aluminum molds according to the total quantities.
CNC Milling: Plastic and metal parts can be milled.
Part Finish & Paint: We have a paint shop, and we can do part finish for all kind of parts that we manufacture. Sandblasting, priming, painting, and more.
