3D SCANNING
3D Laser Scanning is a non-contact, non-destructive technology that digitally captures the shape of physical objects. In other words, 3D laser scanning is a way to capture a physical object’s exact size and shape into the computer world as a digital 3-dimensional representation.
Object data that is acquired with 3D scanning is prepared for quality control and reverse engineering applications with specialized software or delivered to the customer without any additional process in STL, OBJ, and different forms.
As a +90 3D Digital Factory, we can scan different objects in different sizes which are as small as the tip of a needle or as big as a factory with our lens variation.
APPLICATIONS
Not having the 3D data of a product for reproduction,
Having the insufficient documentation of the original design,
Discontinued production of needed products,
Analysis of competitor’s product features,
Revision needed on the product design,
Having insufficient CAD data for the new manufacturing methods,
